My job is to support you in getting you from where you are now to where you want to be, through empowered choices and habit forming techniques. My approach is personalized, doable, and, most importantly, lasting. Health for the long-term.
Everyone is different, and I will meet you where you are now in life, and help uncover any obstacles that may be keeping you from moving forward. I want to ensure that you understand the process and are comfortable with my coaching style. This chat allows me to get to know about your health concerns, and what your goals are for making changes in your habits and lifestyle. Together we'll create a plan that suits your individual needs.
As a behavioral change specialist, I will support you in discovering your own strategies and motivations that will fuel you in reawakening the healthier version of yourself. Together we will set realistic goals, create action plans, overcome obstacles, and implement protocols that have either been prescribed by your physician, dietitian, etc., or that you have chosen to implement on your own.
